The kitchen

Dedicated since 1966 to the world of celebrations to make every moment a special and unforgettable day, it is characterised by having its own kitchen, where it fuses the innovation and modernity of the “Nouvelle Cousine” with the traditional Mallorcan cuisine.

The aim is to captivate the diner’s senses through various sophisticated techniques, always using top-quality products and paying meticulous attention to presentation.

Organization

Comprehensive event service, meaning with us, the client doesn’t have to worry about anything on their wedding day.

We take care of everything from the organisation and catering to the coordination with external vendors.
